Minimum stay is 4 nights. Changeover days are flexible. 

Same day booking is not available.

Alternatively you can book via Airbnb (Airbnb charges will apply).

Rates include bed linen, towels and cleaning. 

A non-refundable reservation deposit of 25% of the booking is required to secure your booking. 

We may ask for a refundable Good Housekeeping deposit.

The final balance, with the Good Housekeeping refundable deposit, is required 6 weeks before your arrival. 

The full balance is required to secure your booking if you book within 6 weeks of arrival.
